General Questions
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to addresses in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- NDSM and surrounding areas: Delivery is FREE for all postal codes in and around the NDSM area.
- Rest of the Netherlands: Delivery fees will apply according to PostNL guidelines.
- Belgium: Standard delivery fees will also follow PostNL rates.
If we decide to extend delivery to other countries in the future, we’ll keep you updated!
Do you have a physical store?
At the moment, we are exclusively an online delivery service. This allows us to focus on providing a curated selection of exclusive wines delivered straight to your door.
However, we’re always exploring opportunities, and a physical store might be an option in the future. Stay tuned for updates!
Order and Delivery
How long does delivery take?
We currently deliver on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays.
If you need delivery on a different day, we’re happy to accommodate your request where possible through prior agreement. Simply reach out to us to discuss the options!
As we grow, we may introduce additional delivery days to better suit your needs—stay tuned for updates.
Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?
Absolutely not! We stand by the philosophy that has defined us since our founding: “Geen bestelling te klein, geen order te groot.”
Whether you’re ordering a single box or a large selection, we’re happy to deliver—there is no minimum order amount!
How much does delivery cost outside the NDSM area?
For deliveries outside the NDSM area, standard delivery fees apply based on PostNL guidelines. These fees will be calculated during the checkout process.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific time?
Yes, we’re happy to work with you to arrange delivery at a specific time. Simply contact us in advance, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
